Large Dog Ramp for Beds

I love my new ramp. My bed sits 4 feet off the ground. The german shepherd and two little dogs love the ease of their new ramp. It looks pretty and it has a traction pad along the whole ramp. Well built, packaged, and marketed.

This dog ramp has been great for my dog. The sturdiness and quality build of the ramp helps me feel at ease when my dog walks up and down it. I am never worried about it collapsing or falling over.

I bought the large bed ramp for our 12 year old pit bull with arthritis, and it’s been working well. It’s super sturdy and well -made and took all of 5 min to set up and attach the rails. It’s very well constructed and thoughtfully designed, like the rope attachment to keep it from slipping. It doesn’t bounce or move when he uses it like other ramps which made him unwilling to use them. The only negative is that my dog did slip a little (it’s on the lowest height so it’s not a severe angle) so I attached so trim pieces across the ramp at intervals so he doesn’t slip. I wish this was an option you included.

The doggoramps are so well made and come pre-assembled. We have both the large dog ramp for our bedroom and the small dog ramp for our family room couch. Our 70lb basset hound CAN jump off and on beds and couches but he starts limping after such an action so to preserve his back and future mobility the ramps are necessary. Fortunately, he easily trained to ascend and descend the ramps with and without treats. We used the cue “Ramp” for this training. The large ramp is extremely stable so we are confident that he can walk up and down even when we are not in the room. I wish the ramp didn’t take up so much room but the length is needed for proper rise to high bed sets. And the widths to accommodate large dogs and long backed ones like our basset. Overall, the large doggieramp will save you a lot of future vet bills. Be patient in your training. We do block the edge of the bed to prevent a quick jump up.

I strongly recommend the Doggo Large Dog Bed Ramp. It is thoughtfully designed, sturdy, easy to assemble, and looks nice. Even though our dog is only 20 lbs., she is arthritic and nearly blind and the Large Dog Bed Ramp is easier for her to use. It is definitely worth the price.

I was concerned that my senior dog would not use the ramp. He learned very fast how to use the ramp. It is expensive but the quality and workmanship was worth the price.

Cosmo was born with congenital cerebellar hypoplasia. Essentially, the balance part of his brain never formed correctly before birth. When we adopted him, we quickly realized how unsteady he was and that our existing ramp--which did not have side rails-- was not going to be a safe choice for him. We wanted Cosmo to have happiest life possible, and felt it important that he have the freedom to come and go from our bed at his own choosing. The added safety feature of the side rails has made that possible for him-- and they definitely do work, as he has already demonstrated multiple times in just the past few weeks! Beautiful appearance, excellent craftsmanship, strong and stable, and reasonably priced. Your ramp has made an enormous impact on Cosmo's quality of life, and our entire family thanks you!

The large dog ramp was absolutely as advertised and just what we were looking for. We wanted a sturdy, attractive ramp for our aging part-Great Dane / part-German Shepherd who has claimed the bed in our guest room as his own. It arrived quickly and was very easy to set-up. The anti-slip PAWGRIP made the training on using it very easy and Zeus took to it right away. He adapted easily both going up and down the ramp in a matter of days. We were a little nervous about the price point, but it is a solid piece that will last for years (and Zeus has younger siblings, so no doubt it will be put to good use). Highly recommend!

We have 2 shelties that have agility training. One slipped on some ice and hurt their back leg. To cut down on jumping we use the ramp at the end of our bed. I constructed a small fence at the end of our bed to stop them from going down halfway.
