Over time and with extended use, the surface material may naturally start to show some signs of use. That’s why all of our ramps are designed with a fully replaceable surface board/mat - so you can easily refresh your ramp and keep it performing its best, and looking sleek.
Please note while this product qualifies for our Free Shipping, we do not discount components.
How it works:
- Order the correct board/mat based on your product model (ex: 'Couch Ramp').
- We will ship you the plywood board with the mat glued to it, that will be a perfect fit replacement to what's on your current ramp.
- You will need to undo the screws on the underside cross-pieces of your ramp. This is pretty straightforward and easy for anyone to do.
- You just remove the old board/mat and position the new one onto your ramp, and put back the same screws.
- Voila!
Other notes:
- We may reach out to you following your purchase to confirm the exact batch number of your product (identified by a sticker on the underside board). So please keep a lookout for any correspondence from us.
- As these replacement board/mats come direct from our manufacturer and not our fulfillment center, shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks.
- The screwdriver needed is called a Robertson-Red version, and can be found on Amazon for less than $10.
