It's true this dog ramp is expensive, and it does take up a lot of space. But we think it's worth every penny and every square inch! Our GSD is losing the ability to use his back legs, but one of his very favorite things in the world is to jump up on the bed first thing in the morning and last thing at night just for a little bit of comfortable time. He can't jump anymore, but he took to the ramp like a pro, and we can tell how much he enjoys the freedom and ability to curl up on the bed whenever he wants to. He's a good old boy and a total ramp champ. We love our DoggoRamp!
I was hesitant to purchase this ramp because of the price, but this large ramp has been beyond worth it! We’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and it has honestly changed my and my dogs lives for the better. First it was unbelievably easy to set up - it’s literally already put together for you! Huge bonus points there. Second, it is actually very beautiful (I went with the darker wood color) - it looks great in front of our bed.
But the best part is that my sweet dog (10 year old chocolate lab who has had TPLO surgery and is still struggling with arthritis and another torn ACL…) is finally able to get on our bed with zero assistance from us. She’s a bigger girl, over 70 pounds, and it was so hard on us both before getting this ramp. I tried stairs, she hated them and felt uneasy on them so I’d still have to help lift her. I tried other ramps in the past that were rated for larger dogs but would tip if she got too close to the top, therefore she’d still have to jump and also could only get on it with me supervising holding it steady. With this ramp, she’s able to climb all the way up with such ease it is honestly beautiful.
I loved the instructions of how to ease them into using it by letting them walk on it flat. We did that for a while, then when I was putting on the side guardrail to have her try to walk on it (still flat) with the guardrail, I had it propped up to the lowest height so I could screw them on (also unbelievably easy to do by yourself!), and my sweet girl took it upon herself to just start walking up the ramp and walked straight onto the bed!!!!! I actually started tearing up because it made me so happy to see her regain this freedom. No more waking up in the middle of the night to her crying wanting up or down off of the bed. I just could not be any happier with finding this ramp.
Amazing quality, so worth the price, I’d buy this again and again and again (but the quality is so good I doubt we’d ever need to!). If you’re hesitating because of the price - don’t. I only wish I had found this brand sooner.
Not only are you protecting your dog's joints & ligaments, but you're also providing choice and inclusion by having a ramp. We've had other ramps, they do not compare. Quality wise this is top. The design is simple but brilliant. You can adjust it, lower or higher, based on your couch's height. It's sturdy and I love the non slip surface. The ramp comes already built, all you have to do is add the rails(if you choose to), which is very easy to do(even with arthritis in my hands I managed). Not to mention it looks good!(we have the Walnut) Mobility aids never looked this good! I have 3 dogs, all with very different needs; one blind, two with luxating patellas, etc, yet they all mastered it and use it all through the day. We are BIG fans, can not recommend it enough. 💛🩷💙
I've had dogs for 32 years, we've tried it all, these ramps are truly the best. Everything from the design, to structure, to materials used, is excellent. It doesn't wobble, it doesn't slip, I love that you can add the rails(especially useful for my blind dog). We have the Walnut one and it's a beautiful color. There are cheaper ramps, sure, but they don't compare quality wise. It is a worthy investment, that will in turn help prevent injury and protect your dog's joints, which is priceless. We got the couch one too and now want the Step Ramp!
We got this for our Havanese puppy to use so he wouldn't leap off the couch. I figured it would be safer for him and easier to get him used to it young. He absolutely loves it and started using it immediately. I feel so much better about his little joints and it feels super sturdy. Worth every penny.
My bichons love sitting in this window in my office. I recently had a cabinet custom built to accommodate two small dogs and a dog ramp. I found that only Doggo ramps had the narrow width and height adjustability needed for a perfect fit. The ramp is secured to the inside back of the cabinet using the rope kit that came with the ramp, so it is super stable. I ordered a second set of guard rails, which I will attach to the lower half of the ramp in a week or two when that order arrives. My pups and I are very happy with their Doggo Ramp!
I was a bit hesitant to purchase because it felt like a big investment for something that I wasn't sure would be worth it. But I checked so many different ramps and so many different reviews and this is the only one that people claimed didn't wobble at all. I bought this for my Old English bulldog so it had to be sturdy or he wouldn't use it. I decided to go ahead and commit and hope for the best. I was absolutely floored! It legitimately does NOT wobble. He took to it literally after two days- he was CHOOSING to use it. I'm so happy we went with Doggo Ramps and didn't settle for something of a lesser quality to experiment with first. This meets my height requirements, it meets my width requirements and it is so incredibly sturdy. We will be using this for years and it truly feels like it will hold up. If you are on the fence, go for it! You won't regret it.
I hesitated because of price, but have used a less expensive, carpeted sofa ramp and it is a little slippery so he'll jump onto his poorly formed leg and end up limping at times. The build of the ramp is solid and our dog took to it right away. Goes up and down with confidence.
I waited a few months to write this. I'm very pleased with the quality construction and functionality of this ramp. I got the large dog ramp, even though I have a smaller, 15 lb to give him more room to navigate. The yoga mat surface is perfect traction. My only issue was that I had to let to walnut stain air out in another room for a few weeks. I told my Rehab Vet about these, and would definitely buy this again. For us, it's been well worth the investment.
I love this ramp, it is high quality in a world of cheap chinese junk. My only complaint is that part of the railing system was the wrong size and it took weeks to replace using their customer support. The customer support was great, however due to their distribution system it took quite a bit of time to get the right item shipped.
This is perfect for my small dog! Stairs just were’t cutting it and I can sleep peacefully knowing that his joints are protected! Excellent customer service, quick shipping, easy assembly and beautiful craftsmanship. I will be recommending this company to everyone!
Our ramp arrived in perfect condition! Zoey was excited about the box, so we fed off that energy. I played it flat on the floor and let her check it out, then brought out treats and encouraged her to walk across. Set it to sofa height and she walked right up. She was nervous about walking down, so I walked up, then down which boosted her confidence. We incorporated the 'find' game and she was all in! This ramp will be a game changer for her! My dog has visual problems at times with lighting. The ramp is very black black. He seems to become confused at times when he gets ready to get off the bed and go onto the ramp from the top and even going up it. I have small lights on the side of the ramp and leave a night light on for my dog. It’s hit or miss if it works. If it doesn’t he sleeps elsewhere. Suggest offering a lighter color choice for the ramp (runway) to help some dogs that may have visual difficulties. I’m sure this would be costly so feel my suggestion will not materialize.
We bought the Doggo Ramp for the back of our bed because our miniature dachshunds kept jumping off the back of the bed instead of going down the steps at the side of the bed. In no time at all both dachshunds learned it was fun to run up and down the ramp. We feel so much better knowing that their backs are not being comprised by jumping off the bed. It is a great, high quality product!
Very happy with the ramp! My frenchie has some spinal issues and we need to ensure she doesn’t jump on/off the couch. She has taken to it pretty well…still have to remind her to use it to get up but we’re working on it! Easy to set up/fold down and the rubber material ensures no slippage!
Ordered for senior French bulldog, but opted for large model as we were getting a german shepherd puppy. Both dogs took to the ramp with ease and quick confidence. Which I'm still surprised at. The bed is very high and I wouldn't want our german shepherd jumping up and down even when she's full grown.
Ramp is beautiful and not at all an eye sore like most pet products. Quite pricey but worth it for our needs.

We have an 8 year old doodle who started having trouble getting on and off our high bed. Six months ago we ordered a ramp/ step combo from Amazon. Our dog was petrified so after three months we donated it to a shelter. I saw this ramp and made in America and decided to give it another shot. Our dog took to this ramp within one hour of setting it up. We could not be happier as we feared a leg injury. It is beautifully made and I really can’t say enough about this ramp. Don’t hesitate just do it.

It is working great for my shepherd mix dog. He is a senior now and needs a little help getting on and off the bed. My first ramp arrived damaged however I was promptly sent another in perfect condition. Set up is really easy and fast! Glad to be able to purchase a Canadian product to it’s also great quality!
Being honest, this is the most expensive dog ramp in the market. But then....you get what you pay for. This ramp is incredible. So well build, and came assembled - which was incredible. My Pup took to it almost instantly- she is recovering from TPLO surgery. She loves it. This is a great product....no doubt about it. So many design possibilities to extend this product line!....keep up the good work guys.!
We purchased the DoggoRamp for Large Dogs, and we all love it! It's very well-constructed, high quality, sturdy, and even our skittish scared senior dog uses it well. It came with training tips and clear instructions for the safe use of the ramp. We are very happy that we decided to purchase from DoggoRamps. (We saw it on Crusoe's socials, so it's really the only brand we were interested in!) Well worth the investment!
The ramp is excellent quality. My 9 lb dog took right to it in no time. It’s wonderful to not have to wake up to lift her on and off our tall bed.
