Have received the ramp shipping was fast have not had a chance to use it yet as our dog is still on crate rest looks nice and seems sturdy would be nice if something better can be done with side rails as they don't appear to be very strong

I have had my doggy ramp for a couple of months now and absolutely love it! I purchased this because I had abdominal surgery and could no longer lift my doxies to the bed. Now , they run up the ramp with ease. If I ever look for them , I often find they are in the middle of the bed.

Product is well made and arrived on time. They will ask how it is going with training and never respond. With no customer service, after two weeks, I wanted to return it. Realize, there is NO phone number to reach a human. UPS wanted $87 to ship it back. Based on other reviews, I learned it is cheaper to have them send you a return label and they will simply deduct that from your return amount. But, suspiciously, it is not sent back to them but to a third party (product is made in Canada, shipped to you from Texas, and returned by you at your expense, to TN). So a third party gets to decide how much you get back. It is in excellent condition but both my husband and I are suspicious of this entire set up since you never get help from anyone. I gave it a one star simply because the quality isn’t bad, but the return is very expensive and there is NO SUPPORT in spite of what they tell you. Avoid this company. If the return goes better, I will update accordingly.

We have two chihuahua/dachsund/terrier crosses. They are around 16lbs each so the small ramp is a great size for them. They are both quite skittish so we accepted that we would need to be patient. We started with the ramp closed on the living room floor for a couple of weeks then added the rails and used treats to get them onto it. Once they began stepping on and over it without hesitation we raised it for the couch. They adjusted remarkably quickly and began using it preferentially to get up on the couch. After about a month with the couch we moved it to the bed and so far, so good. I think that the most important thing was/is to be patient and go back to the previous step if things fail to progress.

Purchased the ramp a few weeks ago and it took no time at all for Murphy to catch on. He loves it! And I feel better knowing he can safely get on my rather high bed

I give this a 5+ star review. It was very sturdy and my dauchound took to it immediately. She is a little doggo who decided she could jump off my high bed like a flying squirrel..I instantly starting looking for a ramp. This ramp will hold up over many many years to come. I would absolutely buy it again or tell someone about it. I was really surprised at how well it is built.

had serveral concerns when I got this. My dog is elderly, blind and weighs 4lbs. I was afraid that the bars weren't capable keeping her from falling since she can easily walk under or through the railings.

I was wrong! It's taken her several weeks to pick up it. Going from the bed to the ramp was difficult at first but now she has coming and going down pat. I am so proud of her!

The ramp is sooo amazing! Great fit for our bed and our dachshund loves it! Easy to set up and use. Perfect for her to run up and down with no worry about her getting hurt with how secure this ramp is.

I have purchased this item four times…might seem like a lot but I bought one for my daughter for her mini dachshund, and three for our Westie and 2 Pomeranians. One for our sofa (extra long sofa), one for our master bedroom (king sized bed), and one for our deacon’s bench (they love watching and policing our neighbors that walk the cul de sac). Great ramp! I had tried and purchased others but none were as good as the Doggo Ramp! It was very easy to train all of our dogs to use the ramp and they mastered it in two days! Definitely recommend!
