This is extremely well made!! I have a ramp from a different manufacturer that I need to put grippy shelf liner over b/c it's so slippery that my dogs would slide off the end, but this ramp does not need it! My only complaint is that the snow white is more of an off white color so it doesn't match my decor as well as I wanted it to. But it's well worth the price!

Our 24 lb Cavachon, Sophie, is just starting to be trained to use the Couch Ramp, which we are actually using for the bed in our bedroom due to limited space there. She has no problem going up and down, but needs some more days of training to make sure she will use it on her own, without prompting from us with treats or otherwise. The unit itself is well-made - solid construction, parts fitted together and finished well, and easy to adjust the angle and height. The walnut finish that we selected goes well with our furniture too. More importantly, the company's communications with its customers, both in the packaging and as emails afterward, shows their commitment to the product and to its end users, our pets. It is not often that we see such concerned and caring customer service in a manufacturer. I would highly recommend them.

The platform at the top of the ramp really needs to be bigger so the dog can get all four paws on it to go in the right direction. Other than that it’s perfect. I do have a bigger ramp from dog quality. But wanted a smaller one to.
