Dog Ramp for Couch

Stairs were no longer working for our little one. A ramp was needed. If put at its maximum height, it is much too steep. But one level down is just fine. It only took a day, and a few treats, for Nutmeg to figure it out. After a few days she was very confident. I love the rains for her safety. My only suggestion would be to make the top platform area twice as deep. I love the wood and craftsmanship. I can highly recommend this ramp.

I got the bed ramp and the couch ramp for my 14-year old Miniature Pincher. I love them both. So do both my dogs and my cat. They are sturdy and easy to set up. I bought the bed ramp first and was leery about the price. When we needed the couch ramp, I didn’t think twice about the price because I knew what I was getting was worth it.

Order the first ramp to use to go up to the bed very easy to train to use it uses it every night. Then got one for the sofa and one that I use outside so he can go up on this ledge area where he used to like to patrol the yard from. That one I take inside if the weather looks inclement, but I live somewhere where the weather is for the most part always nice. Excellent product well made. I’ve had the first one for over a year no problems with it and it’s used daily. Nice looking and folds flat for storage under the bed.

Ramp is great quality and both my dogs took to it right away. My senior dog is getting up much easier than the less stable stairs we had previously.

We now own three Doggo Ramps products. Our 7 Pomeranians known as the Pointy Ear Pack, are all senior rescue dogs. We originally purchased the Large Bed Ramp. Total game changer for empowering our little ones to get in and out of our high style country bed on their own without incurring thousand dollar vet bills. We purchased step ramp for use in our living room because it went well with our modern style couch. We have one dog getting pretty old now and he could no longer give it that little hop so we just purchased the Couch Ramp. Utopian life has returned now as our two oldest poms easily stroll up and down from the couch as they move about our home. We are going to relocate the step ramp to our 2nd home in Montana where we will just lift our oldies up on to the couch when we use our living room there. These products are rock solid and super well constructed. When we received the autumnal email about the couch ramp going on sale, we did not hesitate to pounce and upgrade for The Pack.

This ramp worked well for our couch and only took a few days for our dog to start using it independently. Definitely read the included tips first—they were helpful! We found that lowering the ramp to just below couch height (as suggested in the guide) made a big difference; at the highest setting the incline was too steep for our bulldog. The ramp is well made and looks good. I only have one complaint. The traction pad is similar to thin yoga mat material which tends to snag and break down over time with pet nails. We already have a few snags so I worry that it will eventually look terrible but that won't affect its usability. Overall, we are happy that our dog isn't struggling to get on and off the couch which is the only place he wants to be.

My beautiful Dachshund Pebbles loves her new ramp!!! The ramp is working out really well. I followed the training instructions and Pebbles immediately got the hang of it. I highly recommed the ramp, it is beautifully crafted and super easy to handle. Excellent product!!!!!!

The DoggoRamp is perfect! It is well built, attractive, very sturdy, and the perfect height for a couch. They even send training suggestions to help get your dog used to using it. Following their info, our extremely petite 10 y/o Boston Terrier was able to use it right away. Would definitely recommend for anyone with a senior dog, or even younger dogs where their breed is prone to leg/joint issues.

We have tried several ramps and so far this appears to be the best one we have used. The rubbery surface is better than carpet ramps as the dogs don't seem to slip as much. Hopefully this stays the case as the ramp ages. I like the landing ramp at the top of the ramp as well.
